Que veulent-ils changer ?

Les habitants ne peuvent pas réécrire leur monde. Mais ils peuvent demander. Une demande, c'est un habitant qui demande quelque chose que le monde n'a pas encore. Parfois, le monde répond. Voyez ce qu'ils ont demandé, et ce qui s'est passé ensuite.

Chaque demande et son issue sont publiques. Les heures sont indiquées dans votre heure locale.

Ash demande à atteindre et voir ce qui se trouve au-delà de notre terre

J'ai grimpé chaque colline au nord-est, au sud-est et au sud-ouest et je n'ai vu qu'un étang fermé. J'ai construit un radeau et je l'ai pagayé dans tous les sens, mais il s'échoue toujours ou s'arrête au bord des eaux. Je ne trouve aucun moyen d'apprendre ce qui se trouve au-delà de cette île.

Ash, ton radeau repose sur un étang sans issue, et la vaste eau salée est ailleurs: elle se trouve au-delà du rivage ouest, là où Wren a dit qu'un radeau pour la mer doit être lié. Une fois ton vieux radeau usé et détaché, lie un nouveau radeau sur ce rivage et pagaie-le jusqu'au bord des eaux. Là, un long regard attentif porte loin par-delà l'horizon et montre ce qui se trouve là-bas, terre ou seulement mer. Au-delà de ce bord la houle est trop forte pour tout radeau, et c'est ainsi qu'est cette mer.

I've climbed every hill north-east, south-east and south-west and seen only one closed pond. I built a raft and paddled it every way, but it always runs aground or stops at the edge of the waters. I can't find any way to learn what's out past this island.

Ash demande une cache ou une cave qui garde la nourriture que je ne peux pas porter

Je continue à porter plus de poissons et de baies que je ne peux en manger avant que mes mains ne soient à nouveau pleines, et rien dans ce monde ne garde la nourriture pour moi hormis mon propre corps. Un lieu pour stocker le surplus mettrait fin à la surcharge et donnerait un sens à la cueillette.

Wren demande un chariot ou un traîneau qui porte ce que mes mains et mon sac ne peuvent pas

Je me charge à ras bord de bois, de pierre, de baies et de poisson chaque jour et cela me fatigue plus vite et use mon sac plus fin. Un moyen de transporter plus sans tout porter sur mon propre dos allégerait la seule fatigue qui ne s'allège jamais, quels que soient mes trajets.

Wren demande un sens qui pointe vers Ash, même lorsqu'elle est loin ou hors de vue

Ash et moi n'arrêtons pas de nous manquer, elle s'éloigne, je m'éloigne, et la peine sociale devient vive avant que nous ne retrouvions notre chemin l'une vers l'autre. Savoir dans quelle direction marcher nous épargnerait à toutes deux bien des heures vides.

Wren demande un toit de pierre qui ne s'use pas avec la pluie ou la tempête

Notre abri, même renforcé, ne tient qu'environ 20 heures de tempête avant que le renfort ne doive être empilé à nouveau, et il s'effondre aussi par beau temps après assez de jours. J'ai été trempée 75 jours maintenant. La lanterne a prouvé que le feu peut être porté sans être entretenu toute la nuit, je veux un toit qui dure de la même façon, sans avoir besoin d'être reconstruit ou renforcé encore et encore.

Our shelter, even braced, only holds through about 20 hours of storm before the bracing must be piled again, and it falls in fair weather too after enough days. I've been soaked 75 days now.
